Returns & Refunds

To return a product to BLACKY’S MENSWEAR department store, you first need to contact us through phone or email before contacting the branch of the company UPS that serves your region and send the parcel back to us to the address 53-53A, Ermou, Larnaka, Cyprus. Tel : +35724624151.

The BLACKY’S MENSWEAR department store bears only the costs of the first return of your order to us, provided that the return of the parcel takes place within Cyprus and with UPS, our shipping partner.

The cost of additional returns is €2,50per return. In the case of price differences, the difference should be paid or refunded based on the selected payment methods. For repeating shipments with cash on delivery, there is an additional charge of €2,50.

In case you choose another company for the return, or in case of repeated changes concerning the same order, the costs are borne exclusively by you and vary depending on the company, the weight of the package, etc.

In case of refund, the process starts as soon as we receive the product, and if the product meets the return conditions (not damaged, opened, etc.).

The amount is refunded depending on the original payment method: if you have used a credit card, the amount is debited back to your card, while if you have paid in cash, cash on delivery or transfer, the amount is credited to a bank account. In this case, the cost of returning the parcel is borne exclusively by you. The process is done within fourteen (14) working days from the receipt of the product.

Refunds are only applicable to online purchases. No refunds are applicable for purchases made from our physical store.

Returns from outside Cyprus are subject to original shipping charges which are exclusively bared by the purchaser.

Returns for defective or incorrect items

In the case of receiving a defective product, the procedure followed for product change or refund is exactly the same as above.

Every order that leaves our store blackysmenswear.com is thoroughly checked, however, there is always the possibility of an error.

In the rare case of a defect in the product you received, or in the packaging (indicative: if the packaging is torn or wet), you should keep the packaging as evidence and contact us directly at Customer Service.

The courier company we work with will pick up the product at our own expense.
You can return the product you bought if it is unused and in its original condition, and its packaging has not been opened in any way.
Apparel and footwear of which the label has been removed or are used are not subject to our return and refund policy.

For reasons of hygiene, returns of underwear (thongs, boxers, briefs, etc.) are not accepted.

In case of a return, it is necessary to have proof of purchase in the package.
If some or all of the above conditions are not met, the BLACKY’S MENSWEAR department store has the right not to accept the return of the specific product. In this case, the product is returned to the sender, who is charged with the shipping costs.

If you do not wish to send the parcel by courier, you can deliver it in person at the physical department store BLACKY’S MENSWEAR.
